Following the successful opening of the Council’s first Wellbeing Centre in Lampeter earlier this year, residents are invited to share their views on the second Wellbeing Centre in the county.

The Friends of Ceredigion Museum are seeking support to keep a nationally important hoard of Bronze Age metalwork in Ceredigion. The exciting find of over fifty bronze tools, weapons and body ornaments was made by metal detectorists Craig Hearne and Kieran Slade in Llangeitho in 2020.

On 17 November 2023, Ceredigion’s Member of UK Youth Parliament (MYP), Aled Lewis represented the county in the annual UK Youth Parliament live debate in the House of Commons, London. The debate was chaired by the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle.

It’s 10 years since Wales led the way as the first country in the UK to make the display of food hygiene ratings a legal requirement. Since November 2013, businesses in Wales have been required by law to display their food hygiene rating sticker in a prominent place – such as the front door, entrance or window.
