At an Ethics and Standards Committee (virtual) meeting held on 17 September 2021, Rif Winfield and Hywel Wyn Jones were given recognition for their 10 years’ of service to the Committee between 2011 and 2021. A small plaque was presented to both.

Launching today, Foster Wales, the new national network of 22 local authority fostering services in Wales, is running a campaign to get more foster carers. It aims to make a positive impact on the futures of children and young people and attract some of the 39% of adults in Wales who have considered becoming a foster carer.
