Ceredigion County Council’s Strategic Equality Plan 2024-28
This is our fourth Strategic Equality Plan. It describes how we will continue towards our aim to meet our commitment to equality and how we will meet our obligations set out in the Equality Act 2010.
The first part of the plan sets the scene with an overview of equalities and the Equalities Act 2010. It also provides information about the people who live in Ceredigion and an outline of what we do as a County Council.
The next section sets out our five Equality Objectives and what we will do to meet our objectives.
Finally we include details on how we will monitor and review annual progress and publish this information.
