Creating Local Futures Award
An award that reflects the possibility of a successful career and future in Ceredigion.
This award is open to all businesses or organisations that have strengthened the identity of our communities in Ceredigion.
The judges will look for evidence that you are:
- Preserving wealth in the County (e.g. through areas such as energy production and conservation, supply chains in the basic sectors)
- Creating opportunities for people and families to stay in or return to their indigenous communities
- Creating or improving modern employment opportunities (e.g. in media, digital, research, professional services)
- Ensuring service provision through the medium of Welsh
- Increasing the use of the Welsh language on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting and encouraging employees to learn Welsh
- Supporting the Welsh language in other ways
