Three months advance notice is hereby given that Ceredigion County Council, as Street Authority, intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes as set out in the schedule below.
Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no Street Works may be executed for a period as prescribed from completion of the works described in the schedule below without the consent of the said Ceredigion County Council, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
