A Ceredigion veteran, Bryan Herbert, has received help from the Welsh Government funded Communities For Work+ team to gain employment with a family run business near Aberaeron.
Bryan contacted the team for support after suffering ill-health, which found him in a coma and spending tan extended amount of time in hospital.
He has now secured part-time work with Cambrian marine Centre as a Marine Mechanic where he can use his previous experience and skill set.
