Thousand of disabled people - including 40,000 people with profound and multiple learning disabilities - do not have access to public toilet facilities that meet their needs.
'Changing Places' toilets are different to standard disabled toilets, with additional features and more space to meet the needs of people with profound impairments and their carers.
Ceredigion County Council is proud to offer the use of its 'Changing Places' facilities to the disabled residents of - and visitors to - Ceredigion:-

Peninsular (centrally wall-based) toilet
A large bin for pads
Adequate space for a disabled person when they are not in their wheelchair, their wheelchair and one or two carers.
Room dimensions = width 3.5m x length 3.1m
Toilet unlocked – however there are security guards, building attendants, customer service staff and cleaners on site continually whilst the building is open.
