Thousand of disabled people - including 40,000 people with profound and multiple learning disabilities - do not have access to public toilet facilities that meet their needs.
'Changing Places' toilets are different to standard disabled toilets, with additional features and more space to meet the needs of people with profound impairments and their carers.
Ceredigion County Council is proud to offer the use of its 'Changing Places' facilities to the disabled residents of - and visitors to - Ceredigion:-
