Young Entrepreneur Award
The aim of this award is to recognise young individuals who have demonstrated the desire to succeed with their own ideas and have the ambition to turn those ideas into a successful business. This award is open to individuals aged 30 and under.
These include young entrepreneurs who are building their own enterprise or those employees who have had an exceptional impact in contributing to the successes of a larger organization.
A business or college is welcome to nominate an individual for this category.
The judges are looking for evidence that you have:
- Demonstrated ambition, energy, skill, and vision in business
- Achieving tangible business successes
- Overcoming barriers and/or meeting business challenges in terms of products or ways of working
- Leading and inspiring others
- Demonstrate good financial performance
- Demonstrate future growth and/or diversification potential
- Providing excellent customer service
- Engaging with your local community
- Embrace personal/technology skills to advance your organization
The category is open to everyone who feels they are making a difference to Ceredigion's business community. A business or college is welcome to nominate an individual for this category.
