Pathway to Success Award
This award recognises an individual who has excelled in an apprenticeship or training programme with a business or organisation based in Ceredigion and who has been outstanding in all aspects of training. It can also be submitted to a company, employer or organisation that offers a programme of excellent training or provides support to develop professionally in a particular field or industry.
The individual who has received the training will need to complete questions 1,-3. The employer/company or organisation will need to complete questions 3-6 on the application form.
For the individual, following the training, the judges will look for evidence that you have:
- Recently completed an apprenticeship or training programme (in the last 12 months) with a business/organisation in Ceredigion
- Effectively acquire and apply personal/professional development to your role
- Have a positive impact and inspire others and/or demonstrate effective teamwork and collaboration
- A supporting statement will be required from your employer
For the Company/Employer/Organisation offering the training programme, providing support the judges will look for evidence that you have:
- Provide a recent apprenticeship or training programme (in the last 12 months) to an apprentice or trainee in Ceredigion
- To offer excellent support for an individual(s) to develop effectively personally/professionally
- Have a positive impact on professional development and inspire an individual by offering a programme of excellent training, professional development and support
