Alongside our financial assistance products below, we can support you to arrange adaptation or renovation works to your property. The in house supervisory service will survey, draw up a scheme, tender and oversee works to assist you in making changes to your home. The service in included if you are applying for a Disability Grant.
If you are not able to access the financial assistance we can still provide the service on a private basis for a fee of 12% of the cost of works.
This will give you peace of mind with arrangements. We will use contractors from our framework who are familiar with the work. The service is also available for those applying for one of our interest free loans.
