Ceredigion Dementia Action Plan - Public Engagement Survey

The outcomes of this campaign fed into Ceredigion Dementia Implementation Plan. Ceredigion Dementia Implementation Plan was considered by Councillors at a Cabinet meeting on the 03/10/2023.
To present to Cabinet the outcome of the Ceredigion Dementia Implementation Plan
DECISION:
· To create an Integrated Ceredigion Dementia Development Group to oversee the delivery of the implementation plan.
· To communicate the initial findings of the engagement with the public, and to develop a Communication and Engagement plan ensuring that the public are aware of the on-going progress relating to the delivery of the implementation plan.
· To provide the Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee with an Annual Progress report.
· To note the feedback from the Healthier Communities Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Original Consultation
Ceredigion is conducting a Public Engagement Survey to establish how we are doing and what we can do to improve the lives of people living with dementia and those that care for them.

Please complete the questionnaire by midday on 31st March 2023. You can either respond or download the response form and return by email or post to Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0PA.
