Whilst we have come to the end of the ‘plan period’, the adopted Ceredigion LDP will retain development plan status until a Replacement LDP is adopted.
Therefore, planning applications must continue to be determined in accordance with the existing Ceredigion LDP, alongside Future Wales: The National Plan 2040 and any other material considerations.
