Eifion Evans, Chief Executive of Ceredigion County Council said “I congratulate Sian on her appointment to this critical role as we transform the way we deliver social services in Ceredigion. Sian’s experience in safeguarding and quality assurance will be critical as we continue to develop the integrated services delivery model.”

Councillor Ellen ap Gwynn, Leader of Ceredigion Council said “I am delighted that we have been able to appoint someone with the background and experience that Sian has. She was a strong candidate who will be able to work with others and make the new delivery model a success.”

During her career, Sian has worked in safeguarding and quality assurance and worked with children in care as well as with families who have experienced  domestic abuse. Sian has over 20 years’ experience in Social Care and has worked for the public and third sector during her career.
