Theatr Felinfach’s 2025 autumn/winter programme
A new cultural year is about to start at Theatr Felinfach and there’s a feast expecting you from now until Christmas.

Raising questions about our relationship with nature and minoritised languages alike, a performance of Pan Elo’r Adar by Rhiannon Mair and Steffan Phillips on 17 September is a hopeful theatre production that encourages us to act for the sake of the future.
A concert celebrating 50 years of Cylch Meithrin Talgarreg will take place on 20 September, with performances from Talgarreg Primary School, Aled Wyn Davies, Bois y Rhedyn and more. Bringing September to an end, it’s Theatr Felinfach’s Performing Schools time to shine as they present performances of Y Gêm on 27 September, a piece devised by the members. Are you ready to play? A they get deeper into the levels, will they escape The Game?
2 mothers, 2 fathers, 2 sons x whisky, tulips + a mobile phone = carnage! An opportunity to see Cwmni Theatr Bara Caws on 20 November with a translation of Yasmin Reza’s ‘Le Dieu du Carnage’ – Llanast! by Gareth Miles. In this ‘comedy of manners, without the manners,’ the civilised veneer soon slips and carnage ensues! English precis will be available.
Without forgetting Theatr Felinfach’s Welsh Christmas Panto. As Hollywood cameras roll into Dyffryn Aeron, the buzz and the dream of stardom throw dust in the eyes of the Dyffryn Aeron crew. They’re swept up into a film celebrating the composer from Merthyr – Joseph Parry – but soon find themselves pulled right into the struggle of the Workers and Ironmasters of Merthyr… and even further still...At least they’ve escaped the mischief of Mr Ŵr’s gang – Ben Ake and Gwenwyn Ŵr – or have they? Performances this year on 8 and 10 – 13 December.
To celebrate Christmas in style, there will be a chance to sing out loud, dance and enjoy in the company of family, friends or a works do in an evening of 50 Shêds o Santa Clôs on 19 December with Rhys Taylor and the band. There will be amazing bilingual tunes and mash-ups and will certainly put you in the festive spirit.
Theatr Felinfach will also be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning on 26 September at 11:00.
