2. Grant Offer
The Streetscape Enhancement Scheme provides a 70% grant contribution, with minimum grant support of £5,000, up to a maximum of £20,000 per property, for external façade improvements to eligible commercial properties in Aberystwyth. The building façade must be visible from the street.
Funding is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants may apply once per property.
Eligible applicants include property owners and tenants/leaseholders with written consent from the owner.
