The Ceredigion Citizens’ Panel is a group of people living in the county who have agreed to offer their views and opinions on services delivered by the Council.
Panel members are consulted regularly on a variety of subjects through surveys that can be completed electronically or on paper. Responses are used to help influence the planning of local services and how they are provided. After each survey, members’ replies are analysed and full reports are prepared for Ceredigion County Council Cabinet consideration.
Themes
Over the past years, the Council has asked questions relating to a number of services that it provides. Some examples of themes covered are:
Customer Services, Communications, Recycling and Waste, Education, Council Tax, Improvement Plan, Council Roads, Leisure Services and Priorities.
