The West Wales Regional Partnership Board (WWRPB) brings together partners from local government, the NHS, third and independent sectors with service users and carers. With the aim to transform care and support services in West Wales.

The WWRPB region covers the area of Hywel Dda University Health Board and includes the local authority areas of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire.

The board and its partners help drive forward the development of innovative and integrated health and social care services, by promoting collaboration and integration at a regional level, ensuring that services are co-designed with the people using them and enable them to achieve the outcomes they need.

The Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act requires an Area Plan every 5 years, detailing how partners of the WWRPB plan to meet the needs of the population.
