If you are a Young Carer living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire, we want to hear from you!
The Young Carers Service survey, which is live now and ends on 16 July 2021, is an opportunity for you to tell us what support and help you receive at the moment and what else you would like or need. We want to use this information to make sure we have a Young Carers Service that works for you and gives you the help you need.
Many Young Carers don’t know about the support available to them. In Ceredigion, there are over 80 Young Carers known to Action for Children and the Young Carers Information Service, though the actual amount is likely to be much higher.
The survey’s findings will be shared across all three counties and will help shape support services and inform the region about the rolling out of the Young Carer ID Card.
