Instead of sending Christmas cards and gifts to colleagues, Team Ceredigion staff gave towards a worthy cause.
Eifion Evans, Ceredigion County Council Chief Executive said: “It has been an extremely difficult year with COVID-19 affecting everyone in different ways. Many will struggle this Christmas. The least we can do for the people in our county is to give back. We hope that the money raised will go some way to making things a little easier for families, to be able to enjoy a meal together over the Christmas period. Hopefully we can show Ceredigion communities how much Team Ceredigion thinks of them.”
£2,615 was raised by Team Ceredigion for local worthy causes.
Eifion continued, “Diolch Tim Ceredigion for showing our communities how much you care and for making Christmas a little better for everyone.”
