On Wednesday, 13 February, Min-y-Môr residential home in Aberaeron celebrated resident Mrs. May Barsby’s 105th birthday. The home organised a party for all the residents to join in with the celebrations.
Chairman of Ceredigion County Council, Councillor Hag Harrris presented Mrs Barsby with a food hamper on behalf of the Council. Councillor Harris said, “On behalf of the Council, I wish Mrs Barsby a very happy 105th birthday, what a fantastic achievement, I’m sure we all would like to know her secret of longevitiy! Well done to the staff at Min-y-Môr in giving all the residents the opportunity to celebrate this noteworthy occasion together.”
