During the Cardiff and the Vale 2019 Urdd Eisteddfod held at Cardiff Bay, pupils at Ysgol Bro Teifi celebrated their success on the Millennium Centre Stage.
Gareth Evans, Acting Headteacher at Ysgol Bro Teifi said, “Congratulations to the choirs, parties and individuals on their success, thank you to all instructors and parents for their support.
“Congratulations to the following individuals on their success: Peredur Llywelyn who won the Year 6 and under reciting competition; Alwena Owen who came first in Year 6 and under folk singing and also third for the ‘Cerdd Dant’ competition ”
The school also gained success in the following group competitions: Year 6 Primary Choir (3rd), Boys Singing Party years 7-9 (2nd), Vocal Ensemble for years 7-9 (1st), Vocal Ensemble 14-19 years (3rd), Recital Party for Year 6 and under (2nd)”
