Ceredigion County Council’s Chairman, Councillor Gareth Davies, would like to extend special greetings to a resident in the county who celebrated a special birthday and turned 102 years old.
Rose Florence is a resident in Maesyfelin Care Home, Drefach, Llanybydder and reached a remarkable milestone recently.
Unfortunately, she was unable to celebrate with her family due to the coronavirus restrictions.
She received many greetings and several bouquets of flowers, and although it was not possible to arrange a visit on behalf of the County Council, flowers were sent by the Local Member, Councillor Euros Davies.
Rose Florence’s birthday was an important occasion for the care home in Drefach, as Rose is the second resident in the home this year to celebrate a 100th birthday or older.
