Following the Government’s advice in relation to social distancing in response to Coronavirus COVID-19, Ceredigion County Council offices are closed to the public.
The majority of our office based staff are now working from home to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, as well as preventing the spread of Coronavirus. The Customer Services Contact Centre are therefore unable to directly transfer to the relevant officer. We may ask for your details, take a message and ask the relevant officer to call you back. We hope you understand this way of working in these challenging times and we thank you for your patience.
There have been over 800 calls to our Customer Services Contact Centre today. This is a record number with limited staff. We will do our utmost to respond to your queries at the earliest possible opportunity. However please note that that there may be some delay as we are receiving an unprecedented number of enquiries at present.
