Ysgol Bro Pedr have been placed in the top 25% of schools in Britain with their A Level results.

Lampeter’s 3-19 School has received a certificate informing them that the school’s A Level results for the past three years have placed the School in the top 25% of schools in Britain.

Councillor Ivor Williams, Chair of Ysgol Bro Pedr’s Governing Body said, “As governors we are extremely proud of this. This acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the staff across the school – from nursery all the way up to the external examination results when pupils are 18 years old – and this clearly shows that this is a genuinely good school that maintains high standards and offers rich experiences. Many congratulations to the pupils and staff of the School”.

The data company APLS have based this information on the A Level results of 2,668 schools and colleges throughout Britain.

Councillor Catrin Miles is the Cabinet member responsible for Learning Services. She said, “It is heart-warming to hear of Ysgol Bro Pedr's phenomenal success in reaching the top 25% with their A level results across the UK. Congratulations to the staff and children for their hard work.”
