A new Team will take the reins at the Coliseum Coffee House on 08 October for a new era of the Ceredigion Museum’s Café.
Ceredigion Museum is saying a fond farewell to Mike and Nicola Dalton, who have run the Coliseum Coffee House since the grand opening of the new museum wing in August 2017.
Mike and Nicola, from Shrewsbury, are leaving the café in the capable hands of the existing staff. Mike Dalton said: “We’re really sad to be saying goodbye, with the help of our wonderful team, we've developed a really great cafe in the beautiful setting of Ceredigion Museum.”
Carrie Canham, Ceredigion Museum Curator, said: “It’s been a pleasure working with Mike and Nicola, and we will miss them. However, we’re confident that their friendly and talented staff will be able to continue serving the same great food and drink. We look forward to a new era and developing the business further.”
The cafe will close for a week from Saturday, 29 September to Sunday, 7 October for contractual reasons.
