This Winter Health and Wellbeing Hub has been created to support you as Ceredigion residents.

Here, you will find information on supporting your health and wellbeing over the winter on a range of topics.

Typical activities and events that we would normally see during this time of year are no longer possible due to Coronavirus, however there is a chance to engage and participate in various opportunities online, from your home.

Feminine Hygiene Products

There is a substantial stock of feminine hygiene products that we would like to make accessible to women and girls in our communities during this time of lockdown. These products were delivered to Ceredigion before we went into lockdown, and therefore have not been regularly distributed. All Family Centres, Schools, Food Banks and some third sector groups have also received these supplies. If you know of women or girls in your communities that are in need of these products, a community group can contact Porth y Gymuned by emailing or call 01545 574200, whereby we can supply you with a stock of products that you can distribute within your communities.

Make you Mark Ballot 2020

The Make your Mark Ballot 2020 is now open for young people (11-18yrs old) to vote and choose which national and local topics that affect them the most in their everyday lives.

This ballot is important to us in Ceredigion as local results will be discussed by members of the Ceredigion County Youth Council during their meetings. In addition, following the results of the ballot the Ceredigion Member of Youth Parliament will represent the current views of young people living in Ceredigion at national meetings.

The ballot has gone digital for the first time this year due to COVID-19. Young people will need to register and vote online on the UK Parliament Week website. The opportunity to vote will close on 30 November 2020.
