The Welsh specific equality duties help to ensure that public services and employers are fair and accessible to all.

Ceredigion County Council has published its Strategic Equality Plan (SEP) which outlines how we will meet our equality duties under the Equality Act 2010 and the Specific Duties for Wales, working to improve service users experience and outcomes. The Action Plan notes the steps to be taken during the next four years, in order to achieve the Council's Equality Objectives.
