Ceredigion for All was the Ceredigion Local Service Board’s Single Integrated Plan for Ceredigion which ran from April 2013 to March 2017.
The document set out the key issues and actions for the Ceredigion Local Service Board to tackle over 4 years with the aim of improving the lives of Ceredigion's citizens. It was developed in response to the Welsh Government statutory guidance on integrating partnerships and plans titled Shared Purpose – Shared Delivery and replaced the Community Strategy, the Health, Social Care and Well-being Strategy, the Children and Young People's Plan and the Community Safety Plan.
The Ceredigion for All, Single Integrated Plan as well as its Annual Reports can be found in the Downloads section.
The Shared Purpose – Shared Delivery guidance has now been superseded by the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 which also places a duty on each Local Authority area in Wales to establish statutory Public Services Boards (PSBs). More information regarding the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and the Ceredigion Public Services Board can be found on the Ceredigion Public Services Board page.
Information about the work of the Ceredigion PSB under the Act including its Assessment of Local Well-being and Local Well-being Plan can be found on the Well-Being in Ceredigion page.
