Many of Ceredigion County Council's office-based staff are now able to work from home. As such, there are significant opportunities to transform the space formerly occupied by desks and meeting rooms.

In December/January 2022 we asked for your views and ideas on how best to use the main Council offices/buildings in the future.

This consultation closed on 31st January 2022.

This public consultation has provided useful feedback from residents. Your feedback will be considered together with data collected on the use of desks and meeting rooms in the pilot hybrid office areas and feedback from staff.

We will review all of the data and make a decision on future use of our office spaces in April 2022. The information will be shared publicly through a press release and via our social media channels.
