The online facility publishes the following information on submitted planning applications; Application forms, plans, supporting documents, surveys, statutory consultations responses etc. for public viewing during the determination process. Documents containing medical or financial information will not be displayed. - On all new application valid from the 5th December 2017 redacted neighbour letters will be made available to view on the public portal during the determination process. These will be removed 6 months after the determination date. The complete planning file can be viewed via appointment at our office.
Planning applications valid before the 1st of October 2014 are not available on the website. To view these files at our office please email the planning reference number and your contact details to email@example.com. To find the planning reference number for planning applications post 1974 please use the interactive map. For queries relating to planning applications made pre-1974 please send a query via firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail as possible, including a location plan so we can retrieve the information for you.
Information available via the planning website is not a full history of any site and it should not be regarded as an alternative to a formal land charge search.
Plans, drawings and other material submitted to the local authority are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (section 47). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
