- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Registered Officers

- Full technical assessment of schemes within 15 working days from validation
- Provide advice, guidance and assessments in compliance with the Code for Sustainable Homes (mandatory after 01/09/2010)

- Participation in the "Building Excellence "awards, recognising builders that consistently produce quality construction
- Provision of key information on properties to vendors or agents
- Respond to and provide copies of decision notices and certificates to the legal profession
- Work with warranty providers to ensure Completion Certificates are issued in accordance with Council of Mortgage Lenders guidelines.
