On Wednesday 13 November, Cwmni Theatr Bara Caws will present Lleu Llaw Gyffes by the acclaimed author and litterateur, Aled Jones Williams. The play was inspired by Aled’s desire to explore our nation’s myths: The Mabinogion.

What happens when a myth breaks down and disintegrates? Does a new myth take its place? Is there something still within them that makes them valuable and that can enrich our lives?  An entertaining, poignant and gritty drama where Aled explores the loss of faith, the destruction of myths and the everlasting tenderness of mankind.

Betsan Llwyd directs and the cast are familiar faces in the world of theatre and media, namely as; Carwyn Jones (35 Awr, Gair o Gariad), Siôn Pritchard (Craith/Hidden, Hollti) and Dyfan Roberts (Un Nos Ola Leuad, Y Tad).

Tickets are £13 for adults, £12 for OAPs and members and £10 for students and pupils over 14 and are available from the Box Office on 01570 470697 or online at www.theatrfelinfach.cymru.
