We are offering the opportunity to ‘earn as you learn’ as a Trainee Social Worker. The scheme has been established to offer a sponsorship route to becoming a Social Worker.

Our Social Work Trainees work in social work teams and receive a salary while they are sponsored to complete the three-year Social Work degree programme with the Open University.

Our scheme provides trainees with the chance to obtain a professional degree and establish a worthwhile career without incurring University debt.
Aisha Nutting, a former Trainee who qualified in 2017, and is now a Senior Social Worker said: “During my training, I was really well supported by qualified and experienced social workers. I worked with a variety of teams and people and now I have a job I am passionate about and an established career.”
