The phone line is open 09:00 to 13:00. Outside these hours messages are picked up by an answering system, but usually not responded to until the next phone shift.
The food bank is open 10:00 to 14:00. We are not open on weekends or on bank holidays.

Aberystwyth Foodbank are currently developing an online referral system but people can get Referrals from support agencies such as:

A list with links can be seen on the website. The Foodbank also accepts self-referrals and will issue one food pack, but will expect the person to seek help after that and get a referral from one of our partner organisations.
