1920 – According to Kelly's Directory 1920 the landlord was Thomas Evans.

1958-59 – Wales Trades Directory – Weston Hotel, Northgate Street.

1969 – Aberystwyth : For the Perfect Holiday (guide book) – Advert – 'Weston Hotel, Aberystwyth. Fully licensed. Bed and breakfast with or without evening meal. T.V. lounge. H. and C. in all bedrooms. Moderate terms. Resident proprietors : Mr and Mrs H. H. Howard, Tel : 7444.'

1995 – Aberystwyth Town and District Guide – Advert – 'V.E. Day. The Weston Vaults Hotel will be turning the clocks back 50 years on May 8th with old time dress and 'mini museum' of wartime Britain. You can listen to Churchill, King George VI and many more on wartime radio and view the many items of memorabilia. The proceeds from this event will be shared between the Imperial Cancer Research, Aberystwyth and Meurig Ward Bronglais Hospital. 10am till late.'
