Mocktails - Non-alcoholic Cocktails

Try these tasty non-alcoholic cocktails

½ measure coffee essence

2 measures milk

¼ measure pineapple juice

¼ measure lemon juice

Mix the coffee essence and milk together. Add the pineapple and lemon juice. Stir well.

Add ice and decorate with chocolate strands etc to serve.

2 cups sugar

1 cup grape juice

1 cup lemon juice

7 pints iced tea

Dissolve the sugar into the tea. Add the grape and lemon juice. Stir well.

Add ice and decorate with slices of fruit, mint leaves etc to serve.

Recipe for Blueberry Buzz

1 part blueberry juice

1 part pomegranate juice with blueberries

A good glug of lime cordial

Top up with lemonade.

Add ice and decorate with slilces of lime and lemon to serve.
