Ceredigion Local Development Plan
On the 25th April 2013 the Council resolved to formally adopt the 'Ceredigion Local Development Plan' (LDP). This means that the LDP is now operational and supersedes previous development plans approved or adopted by Ceredigion County Council or its predecessor authorities.

Digitising and graphical work is still being undertaken on the Local Development Plan, however working version of the Local Development Plan text, incorporating the changes recommended in the Inspector's Report is available below
