Warning of a telephone scam\| Following reports from other Welsh local authorities, Ceredigion has issued a warning to the general public of a scam that involves Council Tax Payers receiving bogus telephone calls from persons claiming to be from the County Council's Finance Department and asking for the Council Tax Payers' bank account details.
