Definitive Delivery Agreement (Dec 2011)

In submitting the LDP before the end of 2011 Ceredigion County Council will have delivered the LDP in accordance with the indicative timetable (+3 months agreed slippage) set out in the Amended Delivery Agreement (DA) as agreed by WG at April 2010.

The table attached sets out the latest dates as moved on by the 3 months slippage allowed for in the 2010 amendment of the DA. The new definitive time table is still in line with the key dates in the original indicative version plus the agreed 3 months.
