How to Respond to the LDP Consultation

The consultation has now closed

The consultation period on the Deposit Documents will run for an eight week period from 22 December 2010 to 12 noon on Thursday 17^th February 2011. This is two weeks longer than required in order to account for the Christmas period.

When commenting please use the relevant form for the document to which you are referring – there is a separate form for the:

If you wish to make a representation you must do so by 12 noon on Thursday 17^th February 2011. The Council is not bound to consider representations received after this deadline.

All information submitted will be available for public inspection and cannot be treated as confidential.

The Local Planning Authority will acknowledge representations received. The Local Planning Authority cannot change the plan at this stage but it can decide whether it is in favor of any changes proposed.
