Problem Reporting

There are two ways in which you can report problems to us online regarding abandoned vehicles, graffiti, problems with roads or footpaths, rights of way, street lighting, noisy neighbours, consumer problems etc.

Use A Map

 Use a map to report the location of the problem, then complete a simple form to give us more information about this problem.

Use A Form

 Use a form to report the issue. You may need to give us some more detailed information to help us locate the problem.

Please note that problems reported via the website will only be dealt with during normal office hours (Monday - Thursday 8:45am to 5:00pm, Fridays 8:45am to 4:30pm)
