We have the most up to date resistance and cardiovascular (aerobics) training equipment suitable for all levels of exercise
Qualified staff are always available for advice and induction training
Induction courses need to be booked in advance at the Leisure Centre reception
All Fitness Suite users must undertake an induction course and be issued with an official Fitness Suite User's Card, which must be shown at reception on each visit to the Fitness Suite. (Failure to do so may mean that admission is refused)
Once you have been inducted in the Fitness Suite and have obtained a Fitness Suite User's Card you are then allowed to access any Council run Fitness Suite in Ceredigion
