Ceredigion County Council acquired Cardigan Castle and Castle Green House in April 2003 to underpin a community-based approach to the regeneration of Cardigan.


There is a small, dedicated, specialist team of officers who are responsible for the making of payments to all the Councils suppliers and contractors.


Ceredigion as a predominantly rural county is particularly proud of its association with Fairtrade and the support it offers to disadvantaged farmers and communities in the developing world.
