Ceredigion Unitary Development Plan 2001-2016

Map of Ceredigion

On the 25th April 2013 the Council adopted the Local Development Plan (LDP). This plan is now the land use plan for the County and will be used to determine planning applications. As there are a number of 'live' planning applications already being processed by the Local Planning Authority the Dyfed Structure Plan (DSP) and the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) will still be used as a material planning consideration on a limited number of applications. Therefore links to the DSP and the UDP will remain available for the public until such a time that no application remains where the DSP and UDP policies are a consideration. Any application received on or after the 25th April will be determined only against the LDP.'

The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) sets out the land use policy framework for the development and use of land and buildings in the County over the 15-year period 2001 to 2016
