What to expect when you attend a planning committee meeting.

When are the meetings held?

Ceredigion County Council usually holds planning committee meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10am in the Penmorfa Council offices in Aberaeron.

The next planning committee meeting will be held on Wednesday 12 of June 2013 at 10am in Penmorfa, Aberaeron.

Who can attend committee meetings?

Any member of the public can attend a planning committee meeting, there will also be cabinet members in attendance, other local councillors, planning officers and depending on the applications being considered, members of the press.

How can I get a copy of the agenda?

The agenda for planning committee meetings is available for public inspection on the Friday before the Wednesday meeting. You can either call into the Planning office at Penmorfa to view a copy or for a small fee around £2.50 you can purchase a copy. The agenda is only available in English presently as this is how it is presented to committee, we are hoping to make it bilingual in the future.
