5x60 in Dyffryn Teifi

5x60 is about getting active for at least 60 minutes, 5 times a week, hence the title.....5x60!

But don't worry, it doesn't have to be all at once! A 10 minute walk to school, a 20 minute 5x60 activity at lunch time and half-hour bike ride or swim after school will do.

5x60 is all about having fun and trying out new things with the aim of getting more young people active. And this site is going to tell you all you'll need to know about what 5x60 activities are going on in Dyffryn Teifi comprehensive school.

Like how the students have the opportunity to try new activities like Mountain Biking, Dodgeball, Cricket or Clog Dancing...

And how they can do it in school at lunchtime, after school or during the holidays. Any time!
